Hirakant Shet is a technologically savvy and seasoned thought leader with extensive experience and knowledge of enterprise architecture. As the Director of Software Engineering at PSCU, he is responsible for the API initiative with a vision to expand their offerings to include payment, retail banking, and related Fintech REST APIs.

Kyle Brown is an enthusiastic engineer at Santander UK plc. Driven by constant learning, change, and innovation, he works to deliver best solutions for his organization. Since starting his career in 2013 in QA, he moved into the software development arena a year later, where since he has leveraged the best of both worlds. Kyle loves to innovate and architect solutions, especially in the financial sector.

Igor Kirilenko focuses on the strategy and execution of all product-related activities including product vision, innovation, development, and quality. He is also responsible for managing and expanding both the Development and Product Management organizations to support the rapid growth of Parasoft offerings to the market.

Arthur Hicken has been involved in automating various practices at Parasoft for over 30 years. He has worked on numerous projects involving the software development lifecycle, software security, complex web applications, and software safety in industries like automotive, aerospace, and medical.

Michael Stone is the Director of QA at CIBC. With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, in the last 7 years with CIBC, he has led QA automation initiatives with two goals: “increase test coverage” and “test faster.” To achieve these goals, the keys to success are effective tools and processes, people who are inspired, and an organization with a strong practice for change.
